For interior designers and design professionals

Photorealistic renderings, built around how designers actually work.

From photorealistic 4K still images and rendered floor plans to immersive 720° walkthroughs, Pace By Design helps interior designers communicate their vision clearly, secure approvals faster, and deliver a more elevated client experience.

Why Renderings

Help your clients see what you already see.

You can picture the finished space in your head—the proportions, the light, the way a material reads across a wall. Your clients can't always do the same from a mood board or a set of drawings. Photorealistic renderings close that gap, turning your vision into something they can see, understand, and confidently approve before a single item is ordered or installed.

  • Present a complete design before implementation begins
  • Clarify scale, layout, materials, and lighting at a glance
  • Compare design directions and finish options side by side
  • Reduce uncertainty and avoidable revisions down the line
  • Support faster, more confident client approvals
  • Elevate presentations, portfolios, and marketing

Why Pace By Design

More than rendering software—an experienced design partner.

Pace By Design isn't a render farm or an app. It's led by a credentialed interior design professional who understands what it takes to communicate a vision to a client—because I've done the work from the design side of the table. Every rendering is created with a designer's eye for proportion, materiality, and how a space is meant to feel, not just how it's modeled.

That background means clearer collaboration, fewer misreadings of your intent, and visuals that genuinely represent the design you set out to create.

My clients absolutely love seeing the 3D images. They're super realistic and make the selection process so much easier — they help me clarify expectations and greatly improved the level of service I can provide.

Holly — Holly O'Brian Interior Design

Not only was she professional, but organized. I loved that she had a process — a checklist that set expectations and took the anxiety out of working together. The turnaround was fast, and the video walkthrough helped us sell our ideas to our client.

Candice — Candice Prather

I was beyond impressed with Andréa's 3D rendering services. The process was clear, turnaround time very efficient and render quality was stunning. I recommend Pace By Design to any designer looking to elevate their visuals.

FAQ

A few things designers often ask.

Who are these services for?+
Pace By Design works primarily with interior designers and other design professionals who need polished renderings to present their work, secure approvals, and elevate their client experience.
What information do you need to get started?+
Typically your layouts or floor plans, along with material and finish selections. The more complete your specifications, the more accurately the renderings will reflect your intended design. We'll confirm exactly what's needed during the process.
What is a typical turnaround?+
Most standard one-time projects are completed within approximately seven business days after all required project information has been received, reviewed, and confirmed complete by Pace By Design. Initial drafts are typically delivered within two to three business days of the confirmed production start. Turnaround may vary depending on the number of views, project complexity, requested deliverables, revision response time, and current availability. Signing the proposal, submitting payment, or opening the onboarding questionnaire does not automatically begin the production timeline. Your estimated schedule will be confirmed after your complete project materials have been reviewed.
Are revisions included?+
Yes—each project includes a set number of revision rounds so we can refine the renderings to match your vision. The specifics are outlined in your proposal and the investment guide.
Do you offer recurring support?+
Yes. For designers with regular visualization needs, ongoing rendering support is available so you have a consistent partner who knows your style and standards. Mention it in your inquiry and we'll cover the details on your intro call.
