Welcome

A guide before the call — not a sales pitch.

Thank you for your interest in working with Pace By Design. This guide is provided before your intro call to help you understand our services, typical investment ranges, and how we work — so we can confirm alignment and use our time together effectively.

Our intro calls are not sales presentations. Our call will focus on alignment, recommended next steps, and whether working together is the right fit. If, after reviewing this guide, our services don't feel aligned, you're welcome to cancel or reschedule — no pressure, no obligation.

Our Mission

Systems that let the design speak first.

Pace By Design helps interior designers and creative entrepreneurs simplify the back end of their businesses through intentional system setup, automation, high-quality 3D rendering, and virtual design support — so you can focus on creating meaningful, beautifully executed spaces.

Our Vision

Structure, confidence, and ease.

We envision a design industry where systems enhance creativity, visuals communicate ideas with clarity, and businesses operate with structure, confidence, and ease. Your business should work as beautifully as your designs.

How We Partner

Clarity from the very first inquiry.

Collaboration is structured, intentional, and results-driven. Our process is built to create clarity from the start — aligning expectations, streamlining communication, and supporting steady progress throughout the engagement. We prioritize thoughtful preparation, defined deliverables, and strategic planning so our work stays focused and efficient from inquiry through completion.

What We Value

Mutual respect for scope, time, and roles.

We work best with clients who value clear communication, confident decision-making, and professional collaboration. This approach ensures an organized, productive experience — where systems support creativity and meaningful outcomes are achieved on both sides.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions before the call.

Most one-time rendering projects are completed within approximately seven business days once all required project information, plans, selections, and reference materials have been received. Initial drafts are typically delivered within two to three business days. Turnaround may vary based on project scope, deliverables, revision timing, and current availability. Recurring clients receive priority scheduling.
We’ll need a project overview, existing-space photographs when available, material and finish references, floor plans or elevations, and specifications for furnishings, fixtures, and lighting. Complete and accurate information at the start of the project helps maintain the proposed schedule and reduces avoidable revisions. The full requirements are outlined in the 3D Rendering Checklist below.
One-time rendering projects include two rounds of revisions. Revisions are intended to refine the approved design direction using the selections and information provided at project kickoff. New design directions, changed selections, or modifications to the original scope may require an additional fee. Additional revision rounds are available for $225 per round.
Rush service may be available depending on the project scope and current production schedule. Approved rush projects are subject to a 30% surcharge on the selected services. Because availability is limited, please identify any firm deadlines during your initial inquiry. Recurring clients receive priority scheduling; however, turnaround outside the approved recurring schedule may still require a rush fee.
CAD files are helpful but not required. We can work from dimensioned PDF floor plans, elevations, sketches, existing-space photographs, and other reference materials. The information provided must clearly show room dimensions, ceiling heights, and the locations of doors, windows, and key architectural features. We’ll review your available documentation and confirm whether it is sufficient before production begins.
No. Rendering services are based on client-provided layouts, selections, specifications, and design direction. Design development, space planning, material selection, and product sourcing are not included. Pace By Design visually translates your finalized design into presentation-ready imagery; all design decisions remain the responsibility of the designer.
One-time rendering projects start at $350 per image and are quoted according to the project scope, complexity, and requested deliverables. Optional services—including 3D floor plans, exterior renderings, interactive walkthroughs, additional design options, and shoppable renderings—are priced separately. Recurring services are custom-quoted and approved in advance, providing predictable pricing, priority scheduling, and locked-in rates throughout the engagement.
Yes. Final renderings may be used by the client for presentations, portfolios, websites, social media, and property listings associated with the approved project. Renderings may not be resold, transferred to an unrelated third party, altered for resale, or represented as another visualization provider’s work. Any broader commercial or third-party licensing requirements should be discussed before the project begins.
One-Time Projects are quoted individually and are best for designers who need renderings occasionally or for a specific project. Recurring Services are designed for designers and firms with consistent visualization needs. Recurring clients receive a customized prepaid or retainer package, a private booking page, priority scheduling, locked-in rates, and streamlined project submission without renegotiating the scope and pricing for every request.
