Rejuvenation Home Studio

Turning a manual process into an easier client experience. Rejuvenation Home Studio needed a more consistent way to qualify inquiries, introduce its services, document new engagements and prepare clients for the design process. We connected those touchpoints into one branded HoneyBook journey that feels warm, guided and easy to follow.

Before + After

A warm design brand needed a more connected process.

Rejuvenation Home Studio serves residential, exterior, commercial and new-construction clients — but the administrative steps surrounding those projects relied heavily on manual communication.

Where They Started

The client journey depended on manual coordination.

  • Inquiries and initial project details were collected through separate conversations
  • Service information and consultation booking required repeated communication
  • Proposals, agreements and onboarding materials were prepared individually
  • Follow-ups, reminders and internal next steps depended on manual tracking
  • The studio’s warm, reassuring brand wasn’t consistently reflected across the admin experience
What We Delivered

A guided workflow from inquiry through closeout.

  • A public inquiry form collecting project details, budget, timing and goals
  • Automatic delivery of the branded Service Brochure
  • A 12-stage lifecycle following the studio’s design process
  • A coordinated library of 15 client-facing Smart Files
  • A connected Design Proposal and Letter of Agreement
  • Welcome materials and questionnaires that prepare clients for the project
  • Eight scheduler session types supporting major client touchpoints
  • Email templates and automations for follow-up, onboarding, updates and closeout
Inside The Build

The tools making the process easier to navigate.

The setup gives prospective and booked clients the information they need at each major decision point — introducing the services, documenting the engagement, preparing the client and providing a thoughtful closeout, all within one warm, recognizable experience. Click any panel to view it larger.

01

A more helpful first response to every inquiry.

The public inquiry form collects the project location, type, investment range, timeline, rooms, goals and style information needed to evaluate fit. Once submitted, the branded Service Brochure is delivered automatically, so prospects can explore the studio’s story, services, process and next steps without waiting for a manual reply.

02

A clear scope before the project officially begins.

Following the consultation, the client receives a coordinated Design Proposal and Letter of Agreement outlining the recommended services, project scope, professional fees, responsibilities, payment terms and next steps. Bringing the proposal, agreement, invoice and payment into one connected experience makes it easier for the client to understand the engagement and complete the requirements needed to reserve the project.

03

Booked clients know what to expect next.

After the Letter of Agreement is signed and the required payment is completed, the client receives the Welcome Packet and Design Questionnaire. The Welcome Packet explains the process, communication expectations, responsibilities and next steps; the questionnaire then gathers the personal, functional, aesthetic and project information needed to begin planning.

The guided experience continues through completion.

The Project Closeout Packet organizes final project information, care guidance, outstanding next steps and opportunities for feedback or referral. Instead of allowing the relationship to end with installation, the system gives the client a thoughtful conclusion and a clear way to remain connected to the studio.

Behind The Build

Ease comes from what happens behind the scenes.

The client-facing experience is supported by a mapped pipeline, a saved brand theme, configured schedulers, email templates, internal tasks, and automations — so the right information is delivered and the right internal action is created as each project moves forward.
