BRICC Agency
Three agency offers. One connected client lifecycle. BRICC needed a system that could support Strategy Intensives, Content Creation, and ongoing Social Media Management without forcing every client through the same process — so we built a routed HoneyBook workflow that identifies the right service at inquiry and carries each engagement through booking, production, renewal, and referral.
A growing agency needed more than a standard booking workflow.
BRICC operates with intentionally limited client capacity and multiple ways to work together. Each offer required different qualification questions, booking steps, preparation, production tasks, approvals, and follow-up — so the goal wasn’t to automate more emails, but to build one system that recognizes what each lead needs and moves the right clients forward without adding administrative drag.
Three offers with three different operational needs.
- Strategy Intensives needed a streamlined path from inquiry to direct booking
- Content Creation required discovery, proposals, media-day scheduling, shot lists, production, and approvals
- Social Media Management required onboarding, monthly planning, reporting, recurring billing, and renewal
- Follow-ups, deliverables, and retention opportunities were tracked manually across multiple tools
- With only four active client slots, unnecessary admin work directly affected the agency’s capacity
A routed system supporting booking, delivery, and retention.
- Service-specific inquiry forms that identify the appropriate offer and next step
- A 20-stage lifecycle covering qualification, booking, production, renewal, nurture, and referral
- Branded proposals with package selection, add-ons, agreement, invoice, and payment
- Media-day prep, scheduling, shot-list collection, and content-approval touchpoints
- Monthly strategy, analytics reporting, recurring billing, and renewal support
- Automated confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and internal project tasks
- A consistent BRICC client experience across every offer
How the system handles three different service paths.
The strongest parts of this setup aren’t the number of files built — they’re the routing decisions and operational handoffs connecting each stage. Click any panel to view it larger.
The service selected at inquiry determines what happens next.
BRICC’s inquiry experience collects the information needed to distinguish Strategy Intensive, Content Creation, and Social Media leads. Each submission enters one system but receives the appropriate response and next step based on the selected service.
Each client books the offer that fits their needs.
Branded proposals explain the selected service, deliverables, pricing, and available add-ons before bringing the agreement, invoice, and payment into the same booking experience. Proposal expiration and follow-up reminders help qualified leads decide in time.
Media-day planning starts before anyone arrives on set.
Content Creation clients submit their preferred location, shot priorities, participants, and production details through a guided planning form. Once submitted, the information is organized within the project so BRICC can prepare the shoot with greater clarity.
Renewal begins before the engagement ends.
Before a recurring Social Media Management package concludes, the client receives a proactive check-in to discuss continuing or adjusting the service. Once renewed, a branded confirmation documents the decision and introduces the next planning cycle.
From first inquiry to repeat engagement.
Twenty stages with shared steps and service-specific branches — each client moves through only the steps relevant to the service they selected. Click any stage to see what happens behind the scenes.
A complete setup built around how BRICC actually works.
Three offers now move through one connected client lifecycle.
BRICC gained a system designed around the way the agency actually sells and delivers. Leads are directed toward the correct offer, booked clients receive service-specific preparation, and recurring relationships continue through reporting and renewal — without every step depending on manual follow-up.
